Fire Cider
Full of health benefits and is a good boost for your immune
system, inflammation and lots more. Store in fridge or a cool,
dark place. Shake/stir before each use. Recommended to take 1
Tbs a day. You can take it straight by the spoonful or you can
mix it with lemonade or orange juice. Another idea is mix with
hot water and extra honey to drink as a tea.
Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar infused with organic herbs of
horseradish root powder, ginger root powder, minced onion,
rosemary leaf, turmeric powder, garlic powder, black
peppercorns, astragalus root powder, dried orange peel, anise
pods, cayenne pepper. Local cotton honey added.

This is the mix of everything to make your own fire cider with
the exception of the apple cider vinegar, honey and a jar. All
directions included. It's really easy to make and the benefits
are immense! Each mix will make about 24 oz of fire cider and
takes 2 weeks.

Preheat oven to 350
degrees. Turn oven off.
Put linen pack on cookie
sheet (I use parchment
paper on top of the
cookie sheet) and leave
it in the oven for 20
minutes. Please take
your own precautions
when heating it up to
avoid overheating or
burning the fabric.
Can also be put in the
freezer inside a freezer
bag to avoid getting the
pack wet to maintain its
quality.

Get Relief Salve & Get Extra Relief Salve
We have a lot of aches around here from the work that we do.
It's nice to have an item that helps things feel better.
Each one starts with infusing Organic Cayenne Peppers with
Sunflower Oil. The capsaicin that is in cayenne peppers packs a
punch. Then beeswax and pure essential oils of Peppermint and
Black Pepper are added.
To the Extra Relief salve a few more things are added: Menthol,
vitamin E and pure essential oils of Tea Tree, Clove,
Wintergreen and Helichrysum.
