Coturnix Quail

Quail are just a super neat bird. They are hardy small birds that mature quicker than a chicken. They can start to lay around 6 weeks old and are easier to process than a chicken. The quail also make the neatest, pleasant sounds.

Coturnix breeds we currently have are Jumbo, Rosetta, Cosmos, Pearl, Scarlet Tuxedo, Sparkly, Jumbo White Wing, Gold, Black & Chocolate Manchurian and Schofield Silver.

We hatch out a lot of quail through the year and sell the baby quail at that time. The hatchlings would be a mix of the above.
