Seed Kits
Our homestead-loving kids are putting together
customized seed kits for you to start at your
own home.
Starting your own seeds can be an enjoyable
experience for adults and kids. Here at our
homestead we have been starting seeds for many
years. We started seeds before the kids were
born and, as they are growing up, they are right
alongside of us starting seeds and choosing
their own seeds that they like. It’s always fun
to see those first sprouts come up. Then the
true rewards start when you can plant them in
the ground or container and watch those little
seeds become great plants that can bring you
food, flowers and much satisfaction.
We would like to pass that experience on by
offering a kit where you can start your own
seeds. Let us help you by providing a variety of
seeds with little effort on your part.
Each kit includes 12 peat pots, seeds, organic
soil and directions to start the seeds that you
have selected. The soil is a mix of organic
potting soil and our special blend that we
formulate here on our homestead.
Choose up to 6 different varieties per kit.
(There will be enough seeds to plant 2 pots of
each variety.)
Give us at least a day’s notice to assemble the
kit customized for you. Some varieties are in
limited supply.
